Leading the firm is Founder and Principal Wade Paquin, a hands-on builder with a deep passion for the craft. Wade’s industry expertise and commitment to excellence have earned him national recognition as a master builder who co-launched The Build Show Network in 2019, where he continues to share his knowledge and insights with peers and homeowners alike.

WADE PAQUIN

President & CEO

Wade Paquin’s passion for homebuilding runs deep. Raised in a quiet, historic town in Massachusetts, he was immersed in the construction world from an early age. His father — a respected custom home builder and master carpenter — instilled in him a love for craftsmanship and an appreciation for quality work. Wade was, quite literally, born with a hammer in hand and sawdust in his blood.

By the age of 16, Wade was already leading a framing crew on multi-million-dollar custom homes. He went on to earn a degree in Construction Management, Business, and Architecture from Roger Williams University, reinforcing his hands-on experience with a strong academic foundation.

Today, as Founder and Principal of WKP Builders, Wade approaches every project with refined expertise and an unwavering commitment to excellence. He maintains a highly engaged, on-site presence, personally managing day-to-day operations to ensure each home reflects WKP’s signature standards of performance, durability, intention, and distinctive craftsmanship. Wade takes immense pride in knowing that each home he builds will endure for generations to come.
